Arts of Cards

In fact, it all started with an idea. I wanted to make reading the Lenormand cards easier for myself. I created a deck of cards and a house chart for myself, with the meanings written on them, so I didn't have to constantly look them up in a reading. And because I found the result so helpful, I thought maybe someone else could use it. So I founded the brand Arts of Cards and began selling the flashcard set online.

So many lovely people from English- and French-speaking countries were interested in the set, so I had it translated. Since then, I haven't been able to stop creating new products because it brings me so much joy.

the first idea

A deck of flashcards

It all started with a problem. I was fascinated by these Lenormand cards. They are so diverse and so meaningful. One card can tell you something about the most diverse areas of life. I liked that they also convey such earthly and everyday messages.

But how are you supposed to remember all of that?
And all this flipping through books during the interpretation was just too distracting.

Especially at the beginning, you don't really understand the fundamental vibration of a card. You need keywords that shed light on the card's meaning. Problem identified, problem solved.
I got to work and summarized all the meanings that made sense to me and drew symbols.
First manually, later digitally.

The Great Table

What makes the Lenormand so special is the ability to lay out a large spread. All 36 cards are placed on the table simultaneously in a pattern. Each card position is then called a house. And each house represents a theme in your life. How exciting! So many clues and answers at once! Almost unlimited possibilities to discover something about yourself and your existence.

But how do you interpret that now?

To make this supreme discipline of card reading easy and fun to practice, I've designed a resource. It contains hints and questions. Over time, this will help you get a feel for what it means when a card falls into a house.

A few things still needed to be mentioned.
And with the best will in the world they no longer have access to the deck
and the laying cloth fit.
Entire volumes could be written about the Lenormand and the Large Table. But while writing this booklet, I kept asking myself how much input one needs at the beginning without being overwhelmed. Therefore, I have presented the most important information and techniques to the reader as vividly as possible in just a few pages.
